Copper Blues Case Study

 

The owner did not want to put thermostats in the building for aesthetic reasons. Cooltrace installed a Building Automation System for 2 exhaust fans and 10 air handlers. Cooltrace provided Honeywell open protocol, web-based BAS. Including a graphical touch interface to allow customers to manage and monitor temperature in the facility.

Hialeah WTP Case Study

Facility had an older control system which was failing with no possibility of local repair or service support. Customer requested the survey of equipment, and Cooltrace was able to provide replacement and installation of a new BAS without any downtime.

The project consisted of 12 air handlers units, 25 exhaust fans, 8 VAV boxes. Cooltrace installed controls to better provide for occupant comfort, correct pressure control issues in the building. New BAS system helped to provide maximum energy efficiency. We provided a new graphical interface that is simplified and comfortable for the end user.
