Feasibility Study 

  • Energy audit of existing chilled water plant compared to cold ocean water. Compiled data and assisted with calculations.

  • Each chiller and the building main power has a Modbus enabled Wattnode wattmeter installed​

  • In-line flow meters for the cooling tower make-up were used. These are more economical and will provide precise flow measurements

  • Performance projections correlated from historical weather and occupancy data
